Description
A film or TV set is filled with numerous roles, from gaffers to hair stylists to colorists, but there is not always clarity on how to get these roles. During this workshop, you will hear from established industry members about they got into their fields and what their jobs are really like. All film professional levels encouraged to attend. Barbie Leung
Barbie Leung is an ICG Local 600 New York based cinematographer, and an associate member of the SOC (Society of Camera Operators). With a focus on narrative film, in 2019 she was awarded a spot in AFI Conservatory’s CIW Workshop, a selective intensive for emerging narrative cinematographers.
Her camerawork has screened at Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, AFI Docs, Newfest, Outfest, is streaming on streaming platforms including HBO, Comedy Central, FX Networks, Amazon Prime and Hulu.
She lives in Queens, NY with her partner and two tenacious West Highland White Terriers.

Jason Orion Green (he/him)
Jason Orion(he/him)is an Emmy nominated (GLOW S2) celebrity hairstylist working in film, television and red carpet. He most recently worked as Department Head Hairstylist on Sarah Cooper: Everything’s Fine. His resume includes Euphoria, Hollywood, The Voice, Penny Dreadful, Grownish, Prom, Greys Anatomy and many more. He identifies as a Queer POC, and as an Everyday Activist has worked for years to better the lives of minorities of all kinds and has served on the boards of GMCLA and The Thrive Tribe.

Cheyenne Ford
Cheyenne Ford is a Production Designer who climbed the art department ladder by working in all fields from doing scenic work to being a prop master (and lots of thrift shopping in between). Her eclectic experience shows in her work as she enjoys being hands-on to perfect all the little details. Now she is looking to expand her focus to build larger sets and dive into development and world building for genres like scifi. To achieve this goal, she is currently a full-time student at Pratt Institute’s School of Architecture. Her most recent release is the comedy indie feature Shiva Baby, an anxious portrayal of a college senior running into her parents, her ex-girlfriend, and her sugar daddy at a Jewish Shiva. Tyrone Rhabb
Tyrone Rhabb is a New York based film editor whose work encompasses commercials, branded content, music videos and documentaries. His passion for storytelling and collaboration drives his pursuit to grow and create at a high level. Tyrone’s editing style can be described as dynamic and precise while still keeping emotion at the forefront. His sensibility of the craft has led him to work with clients such as Volvo, Adobe, Facebook, Conde Nast, Red Bull, Peloton, Away, Scotch & Soda, Coach, Adidas and many others
