Robert Gray
R. W. Gray's has directed several short films that have appeared in festivals around the world and received acclaim. "Zack & Luc," "aidos," and "Choke Hold" all had wide festival play and won awards. "3 Cafes" is his sixth film as a director.

He is also a screenwriter and has had over ten short scripts produced including the award-winning shorts ""alice & huck" and "Blink" and more recently the short film "Chiaroscuro," adapted from one of his short stories and directed by Amy Bourgaize.

He is a senior editor of numerocinqmagazine.com, and is chiefly responsible for "Numero Cinq at the Movies," the monthly film column. He has written two books of short stories, Crisp (2010) and Entropic (2015). He is a professor of film and creative writing at the University of New Brunswick.
You can't shoot on a lomokino camera and not be interested in time. The finished form with its stuttering attempts to capture the moment reeks of nostalgia before you even begin. It's in a way difficult to look at and yet alluring at the same time. So it found the perfect subject matter.
