Women Make Movies Shorts
Panels and Special Events
Program Running Time is 87 min
It's not only an anniversary year for Outfest: This year marks the 40th anniversary of Women Make Movies, the largest distributor of films by independent women directors in the world. Since their beginnings in 1972, they've grown from a feminist filmmakers' collective into an industry-leading nonprofit media arts organization and distributor. We celebrate their achievements with a program of three of our favorite short films in their catalog.
