Nobody skewers pop culture as shrewdly or as ruthlessly as Sandra Bernhard, and this brilliant performance piece sees her at the top of her game, taking on mid-American family values, 1960s nostalgia and coming out of the closet. Not only is this queer classic hilarious from start to finish, it also features Bernhard's singularly heartfelt renditions of pop classics from “Do You Want to Funk” and “Little Red Corvette” to an unforgettable Burt Bacharach medley. Nearly two decades later, there's still nothing like WITHOUT YOU I'M NOTHING. This screening will be presented as a tribute to director John Boskovich.
