Before calling the box office with your order, please record the program code, title, number and price of tickets for the programs you want to attend on the worksheet provided (refer to the schedule on the previous page for program information). Having this information available when you call will help expedite your order, and help you track your selections.

All orders placed by Saturday, July 3rd will receive mailed order confirmations.

Ticket Sales During the Festival

Phone orders can be placed from Friday, July 9th - Sunday, July 18th
Hours: Mon-Sun, 11:00am - 7:00pm

In addition to phone sales, venue box offices will open one hour prior to screenings for at the door sales. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash and personal checks are accepted at venue box offices.

How to collect your tickets

Pre-Festival:
Mon, July 5th - Wed, July 7th
Tickets may be collected at the DGA box office beginning Monday, July 5th through Wednesday July 7th, 11:00am - 7:00pm. On Opening Night, July 8th, the DGA box office will be open 11:00am - 2:00pm. Individuals who purchase tickets for the Opening Night Gala, will receive their Opening Night tickets via mail.

During the festival:
Fri., July 9th - Mon, July 19th
Tickets must be collected at the venue of your first screening. Unclaimed tickets will remain at your first screening's venue (excluding Opening Night Gala and the Egyptian).

Important Information

• Day of Ticket Sales can only be purchased in person at the venue box office where the screening is being held.
• Stand-by ticket lines form one hour prior to screening start time. If available, tickets will be sold 15 minutes prior to the screening.
• Ticket and Pass Holder seating is only guaranteed until 15 minutes prior to screening time.
• No refunds or exchanges.
