15 MINUTE RULE   All ticket holders must be in line at least 15 minutes prior to the event starting time. Seats are not reserved and seating cannot be guaranteed for latecomers. Outpass holders are guaranteed priority seating at every regular festival screening. However, Outpass holders must be in the Outpass line at least 15 minutes prior to screening start time. After this time, Outpass holders will be asked to join the end of the Priority Ticket Line.   TICKET LINES   For popular Outfest screenings, lines often form one hour ahead. We recommend arriving well in advance of each screening. Priority seating is offered to Outfest Members (Best Boy/Best Girl and higher) at each screening. You can become a Member by calling the Box Office. The levels and benefits of Membership are detailed on page 7.   REFUND POLICY   All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. Outpasses are nontransferable.
