INFO & POLICIES 15 MINUTE RULE All ticket holders must arrive at the screening theatre no later than 15 minutes prior to the screening start time. After this time, tickets and seating will not be guaranteed. Outpass holders are guaranteed priority seating at every regular festival screening. However, Outpass holders must arrive at the screening theatre no later than 15 minutes prior to screening start time. After this time, Outpass holders will be asked to join the end of the Priority Ticket Line. CONSECUTIVE SCREENINGS If you hold tickets to consecutive screenings in the same auditorium, you will be allowed to remain in the auditorium rather than required to join the ticket holder line outside. Similarly, Outpass holders who wish to attend consecutive screenings in the same auditorium will be allowed to remain in the auditorium between screenings. PARKING TIME While OUTFEST has secured all available parking spaces at most of the festival venues, capacity at these locations is unfortunately limited. It is our strong recommendation that you plan accordingly and allow at least an additional 15 to 30 minutes to secure parking. This is especially true at the Directors Guild of America. OUTFEST has secured additional free parking at St. Ambrose Church, 1281 N. Fairfax Avenue (southwest corner of Fairfax and Fountain). TICKET LINES For popular OUTFEST programs, lines can form well in advance. While the Outfest staff and volunteers will do everything possible to minimize wait times and seat all guests as soon as possible, we do recommend arriving well in advance of each program. Priority seating is offered to OUTFEST Members (Best Boy/Girl and higher) at each program. You can become a Member by calling the Box Office. The levels and benefits of Membership are detailed at Outfest.org. OUTFEST is a non-profit organization and the revenue generated from our Membership program makes the festival possible. REFUND POLICY There are no refunds or exchanges. Outpasses are non-transferable. OUTFEST UNDER THE STARS BOX DINNERS Come early to picnic on the grounds of the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre.
