However, complimentary Member tickets cannot be redeemed online. Those can only be redeemed by phone, starting on the date designated for each level of membership. IN PERSON Directors Guild of America 7920 Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood June 30-July 9: Daily, 11:00am-7:00pm (Note: Closed Friday, July 4) DURING THE FESTIVAL: FESTIVAL BOX OFFICE The festival box office at the Directors Guild of America opens daily one hour prior to the first program of the day and closes one half-hour after the start of the final program. Note: The festival box office at the Directors Guild of America accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and checks. All other venues accept cash only. ADVANCE TICKETS Available until 7:00pm the day before at the Directors Guild of America, by phone or online. SAME DAY TICKETS Available in person at the venue box office where the screening is being held. Tickets go on sale one hour prior to the venue’s first screening of the day. STAND-BY TICKETS Stand-by lines for sold-out programs will form one hour prior to screening start time. Stand-by tickets will be sold, pending availability, 15 minutes prior to screening time. Cash only. STUDENT AND SENIOR RUSH TICKETS $5 tickets, pending availability, will be sold to full-time students (with ID) and seniors (65 years and older with ID) 15 minutes prior to screening time after stand-by tickets have been sold.
