After this time, tickets and seating will not be guaranteed. OUTPASS holders are guaranteed priority seating at every regular festival screening. However, OUTPASS holders must arrive at the screening theatre no later than 15 minutes prior to screening start time. After this time, OUTPASS holders will be asked to join the end of the priority ticket line. CONSECUTIVE SCREENINGS If you hold tickets to consecutive screenings in the same auditorium, you will be allowed to remain in the auditorium rather than required to join the ticket holder line outside. Similarly, OUTPASS holders who wish to attend consecutive screenings in the same auditorium will be allowed to remain in the auditorium between screenings. PARKING TIME Please be sure to leave sufficient time for parking at all venues (especially the Directors Guild of America). Unfortunately, OUTFEST cannot be responsible if ticket holders arrive at a theatre later than 15 minutes prior to screening time. REFUND POLICY There are no refunds or exchanges.
